Added an answer on May 23, at am It may depend on how seriously the adult learning centre in your town is taken by other schools. Like, even colleges don't take the adult learning centre from my town seriously, and those with a diploma from that school have even a difficult time getting into college because the education is not seen as good enough. However, those who do 'adult ed' at my old high school have less of an issue, because the diplomas are still issued by that high school, which is taken more seriously as an educational institution than the adult learning centre. So my best bet would be to look into it, and see what other adult schooling options there are in your town such as 'adult ed' at a high school as opposed to an adult learning centre. I did notice you said you'd be a applicant, though — that's not true.
You are on the [cover page] of folder [Membership Information] Welcome to our Membership Information pages! This is a volunteer-run community garden, not a city-supported allotment garden. While this organic community garden is on Toronto District School Board property, it is the only non-school community garden that we know of on TDSB land; accordingly, we do not receive financial or practical support from the school; nor do we receive support from the City of Toronto that community and allotment gardens on Parks Department property benefit from. Riverdale Meadow Community Garden is entirely volunteer-member run; and, other than access to water provided via City Adult Learning Centre, is supported solely by the efforts of RMCG's garden members, and kind donors, none of whom are paid staff. Toronto District School Board by-laws prohibits animals on their properties; as we operate within these guidelines, please do not bring dogs or other pets onto CALC property or into the garden.
