The Austrian Rugby Union has issued an official apology. This was certainly not the intention of the players involved. Can someone with actual knowledge of the soccer world involved explain why this was considered a bad thing by anybody? Soccer ain't rugby. Two, er, three different things.

On Saturday this team suffered a crushing defeat against the Lithuanian rugby team by Having had 74 beers all together the team left the bar, got onto the staircase in the front of the bar, with they captain being a conductor and started their little dance, which lasted for few minutes. However, the police did not appear since no one bothered to inform it. Well done Austrians! Of course, they could blame a tasty but strong Lithuanian beer.
The Austrian national rugby team tried to get over their crushing defeat by Lithuania in traditional rugby fashion — by staging a mass striptease in the capital Vilnius. Unfortunately for them, passersby caught their naked frolics late on Saturday on video and put the evidence on the Internet. The Austrian team show off their tackle. The video was originally put out by a blogger on social community website Virb. From there, it was taken up by the Lithuanian news portal Delfi, showed a group of 20 men singing and stripping off their clothes on a street in central Vilnius, while people in a nearby bar clapped and cheered.
